When selling a device to Gadget Convert, we evaluate the device based on the details you provide. To make the process clear and transparent, we use the following condition categories:

Condition Description

• NewUnused, sealed, full accessories.

• Like New No marks or scratches, fully functional, original packaging preferred.

• Good Minor signs of use (light marks), 100% working.

• FairVisible wear (scratches / dents), but device functions properly.

• Faulty Functional issues (battery, charging, buttons, speakers, cracked screen, etc).

Before collection, please ensure:

• Device is factory reset

• iCloud / Samsung / Google accounts are removed

• SIM and memory cards are removed

Returns / Price Adjustment

After inspection, if the device is different from the condition described, we will:

1. Inform you of the updated price

2. Let you accept or decline — no pressure, no fee

If you decline the updated offer, the device is returned immediately.

We do not accept:

​

• Stolen or blocked devices

• Devices with unpaid financing

You may cancel your request anytime before collection.
