Good

  • All parts of the device (including system software) are fully functional; free from any physical damage or faults.

  • Home button; Touch ID; Face ID; NFC all function correctly.

  • The display is original or a genuine OEM replacement; it can have light scratches. No delamination; cracks; heavy scratches; pressure marks/white spots; discolouration or dead pixels. No screen burn. The screen has not lifted.

  • No major damage (i.e. water damage, chips or cracks to the screen or phone)

  • Housing is in good condition, no delamination/peeling; no cracks in the case; home button; rear cover/glass, camera lens. No chips and is not bent.

  • Battery health is good.

  • Light wear and tear acceptable

  • The handset has not been modified; Jail Broken or rooted.

  • Where applicable stylus must be included.

Poor

​

  • All parts of the device (including system software) are fully functional.

  • Home button; Touch ID; Face ID; NFC all function correctly.

  • Heavy wear and tear, such as scuffs, dents and deep scratches

  • The display is original or a genuine OEM replacement that has heavy scratches; delamination; chips or cracked glass. The LCD itself cannot have cracks; bleed; pressure marks/white spots; discolouration or dead pixels. No screen burn. The screen has not lifted.

  • Everything works as it should

  • No major damage (i.e. water damage, chips or cracks to the screen or phone)

  • The battery is in poor health.

  • The handset has not been modified; Jail Broken or rooted.

Faulty
 

  • The handset has a serious functional fault.

  • Major faults include; handset does not charge; freezes or is stuck in a loop; Wi-Fi fault; No Service; faulty proximity; accelerometer.

  • Dust under the screen and/or under the camera

  • The LCD is not original or OEM replacement; is cracked; bleeding; has pressure marks/white spots; discolouration or dead pixels. Does not display. Has screen burn. The screen has lifted.

  • The home button; Touch ID; Face ID; NFC do not function correctly. The home button is cracked/damaged *iPhone only.

  • The handset has been modified; Jail Broken or rooted.

  • Overheats.

  • Liquid damage.

  • Please note: we cannot buy your phone if it is missing components or is bent, crushed or snapped in half.
